Israel — Cyber Threat Profile
Israel's National Cyber Directorate (INCD) coordinates civilian cyber defense. In 2025 the INCD released an updated National Cybersecurity Strategy (2025–2028) focusing on defending critical infrastructure and leveraging innovation. Its pillars include securing national cyberspace, strengthening public–private cooperation, and expanding R&D and talent development. The strategy commits to advanced detection (SOC expansion) and resilience in energy, transport, healthcare, and finance sectors. Israel remains a global cyber-tech leader, but its systems face threats from regional adversaries.
