Zambia enacted both a Cyber Security Act and a Cyber Crimes Act in April 2025, replacing its 2021 legislation. The laws establish the Zambia Cyber Security Agency, a formal CERT, a licensed cybersecurity services framework, and a Central Monitoring and Coordination Centre.
