Vanuatu — Cyber Threat Profile

CERT Vanuatu, operating under the Department of Communication and Digital Transformation, publishes monthly security bulletins and participates in APCERT and the Pacific Cyber Security Operational Network. The National Cyber Security Strategy 2030 provides a six-priority framework focused on critical infrastructure resilience, standards, and legal frameworks. A Cybercrime Bill was developed in collaboration with the Council of Europe and the Australian Attorney General's Department. The government is simultaneously reviewing its National ICT Policy and Cybersecurity Policy.
