Saint Vincent and the Grenadines relies on its 2016 Cybercrime Act alongside CARICOM and OAS regional cooperation, with no publicly documented national CERT. Its financial sector remains the highest-value cybercrime target: the Virtual Asset Business (Amendment) Act 2025 took effect on 31 May 2025, with registration for virtual asset businesses opening on 2 June and existing operators given until 31 July to comply. In February 2026 the OECS Commission ran a civil-registration and unique-ID modernisation workshop with government ministries, and on 8 April 2026 public servants attended a cybersecurity awareness seminar under the World Bank-funded Caribbean Digital Transformation Project.
