Saint Lucia's cyber risk profile is shaped by its reliance on tourism, financial services, and growing e-government initiatives , all attractive targets for cybercriminals. The country participates in CARICOM's regional cybersecurity strategy but lacks a national CERT and comprehensive standalone cybersecurity legislation. Business email compromise, online fraud, and ransomware targeting small businesses are the most frequent threat types.
